We’re on the hunt for a Microsoft Systems Engineer with a passion for IT and (just as important!) a passion for people. Someone who’s curious, friendly, team-spirited, and not afraid to say, “Hey, I don’t know that yet-but I’ll figure it out.” You’ll join our cheerful crew at microtom in Münchenstein, working with cool tools like Intune, Defender, Azure, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph, all while keeping the IT universe secure and tidy.

• Tame and secure Microsoft 365 beasts like Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access and Global Secure Access using IAM.
• Patch things before they become problems. (You’re a hero in disguise.)
• Automate All the Things™ using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Design and manage beautiful, secure Azure infrastructure.
• Occasionally lend a helping hand to our lovely 2nd-level support crew (they’ll love you for it).
• Talk to customers like a pro—friendly, patient, helpful, and never too serious.
• Keep documentation neat enough to make your future self-proud.

• You’ve got real experience with (or serious interest in) Microsoft 365 security and cloud infrastructure.
• You speak fluent PowerShell and are pretty cozy with Microsoft Graph.
• You know your way around Azure, Active Directory, and maybe even SCCM, DNS, or networking.
• You’re a people person who loves solving tech puzzles and explaining them without sounding like a robot.
• You’re team-first, always happy to help, and ready to learn something new every day.
• You’re fluent in German and English, both with humans and with systems.
• Bonus: You’ve got some shiny Microsoft certifications under your belt (or plan to get them soon).
