He has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and management of specialists in the ICT, engineering and life sciences sectors. He also possesses considerable expertise in the fields of personnel management, corporate strategy and growth.
With the establishment of Coopers Group AG, Christian has developed a nationally successful company with an excellent track record and the highest level of customer satisfaction. He holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has gained considerable entrepreneurial expertise over many years.
As a member of the Board of Directors of microtom ag, Christian Biedermann will provide strategic direction and drive forward the further development of the company in a targeted manner.

Christian Jucker joined microtom in 2024 and is based in Basel. A graduate of ETH Zurich, he brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the IT industry. His expertise encompasses the full spectrum of microtom’s core competencies, including IT services, IT security and governance, software development, IT architecture, and operations.
In addition to his robust technical background, Christian brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience in leadership, finance, and operational management. Following the merger of his former companies, intellec and m-core, into the SITS Group, he now concentrates on consultancy work and board mandates through his new company, Acuity LLC, based in Allschwil.

His expertise encompasses large enterprise backbone infrastructure and custom software development, with a focus on aligning technology with business goals. He has delivered innovative solutions for clients across industries, including biotech and pharmaceuticals, while ensuring compliance with standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
Thomas is passionate about security and operational efficiency. He has led the implementation of zero-trust frameworks, enhanced IT operations, and strengthened business continuity through disaster recovery planning. He is currently spearheading microtom ag’s efforts to attain ISO 27001 certification, further enhancing its reputation in the IT services sector.
